Something is odd to me. Out of all the games on the NCAA board, you played SJS. And out of all the NFL games tonight, you played the Browns?
Why? There was so much action, and you decided to bet on two pretty meaningless games with 4 bad teams.

Why don't you keep your basketball record separate from football? Some probably find it confusing, as you aren't hitting your football picks anywhere near as consistent as your bball

Yes so they know my record with everything I post as official bets (except for exotics like hot dogs pro wrestling and politics since + and - ML can't be put into straight WL bets without units which I also don't use because I don't want anyone accusing me of Martingaling my bets, which they would).

That's it.......Writing up losing picks is excruciating. All that time....so I have to be stressed the entire game that I will be outside the number. Just to stres me even when I haven't lost.....A loss is a loss.......That's enough for now. I'll see ya, when I see ya.
Sorry to chop up your post my friend. Take this FWIW. I am a Capper myself. For 30+ years I haven't tailed anyone. This year in addition to my own plays I follow you and a WIP radio host whose nickname is "Jolly." He's also having a great year and he also was 0-1 yesterday with CLEVE.
Scal in adition to your games Saturday I had a few Winners. BUT.... I also had Notre Dame +17.5 when the idiot Kelly went for 2 Because after (the converted DUECE he used in order to crap on ND backer's heads) he was going to..... recover 2 onsides kicks and score 2 more TDs and 2 more Dueces -- all in the final seconds, and Utah +11 which had to overcome a phony PI 7 point gift to Colorado late in the 3Q. But while THAT was all going on I lost UNDER 208.5 in the NYK-CHAR game that was 106-102 bkz the ref called a foul with 0.5 seconds left after a missed Mello shot while 10 players were just standing there waiting to leave.
So what's the point?

Thanks Scott. I shoot for 70% with such low volume so 1-3 weekends are unacceptable. I had Arkansas capped from top to bottom over and under through and though and when I lose a game like that, it's a kick in the nuts. Very tough to swallow. SJS with the rain was crushing to watch. Like my hand was in a vice. New Mexico in the rain? No problem. #1 rushing attack in the FBS. SJS doesn't even have a true running back to deal with that. I just couldn't believe Potter couldn't throw a pass as good as a high schooler in the rain. It was like he was playing hot potato instead of football. Awful.

Thanks KC. I am already capping one CFB game. I'll put everything I have into that one and post as usual. So far it looks good and virtually everyone is healthy on both sides so no speculation like this JPP debacle. That makes for a "clean" cap.

Scal, IMO you are the best capper on this site. I really hope this doesn't deter you from future write-ups or posts. Sometimes, I'll come on covers just to see if you've posted something. TBH, even if you don't have a definitive pick, I wish you'd do more write-ups analyzing games. Not sure what you'd get out of it other than grown behind men stroking your ego though lol.

I think I bet Cleveland too many times except this week. They play hard but they have no talent. Joe Thomas, Pryor, and Haden are all they have and the rest are JV players.

Even if u win 100 in a row there will be the haters bashing each game before and then waiting on you to lose the one. Keep doing u brother. Never change who you are because your not the problem.

A 86-60 record over 2 years WILL make you money, true. But a 400-250 record, a much lower percentage over the same time period, will make you a lot more money! 70% is a lofty goal. Again, whatever you decide I wish you much $ucce$$.
