It's a good angle.

Carolina isn't a fav, though.

The Bears look like the play.

MJ, I love this angle but didnt take Tampa last week..............I wouldnt take the Saints as a road fav although the visitor in the Saints/Tampa series is 18-7 ATS but 0-2 last season...........


The Bears are a great play on Monday night..................& I mean great play!

And just an FYI, this isn't the first "fav off a bye"

PITT lost ATS after their bye (they were favoured by 3.5, and only won by 2 over PHI)

Yes indeed.............forgot about that one. This system/trend is ATS, not SU right? Maybe the ML would be a better play............hmm..........the Bears ML will be a play in one of my parlays.

exactly--bc the game won't start until Monday, you'll just have plenty of time to go into your closet and open your Monopoly game to fund the play ...perfect

Ok had to go back and look at Roberto Florys posts but these are the numbers going into this year.

2010-11

11-7 ATS FAV OFF A BYE

6-3 ATS ROAD FAV OFF A BYE

77-38-3 ATS FAV OFF BYE since 2005-06

17-3-1 ATS ROAD FAV OFF A BYE run

77 - 38 is about right. I have it as 75 - 37

Hey MJ how about looking at a dog coming off a bye.

Jags are 4-1 SU in it's last 5 games when playing Oakland.

If i remember correctly a dog off a bye is under .500 since 2005-06.

Check out the trend in game 2 off of the bye week. Big Fade material! I believe the success coming off of the bye gets over adjusted in the line and G2 is a letdown. Can't wait to fade an injured Jags team and Saints team coming off of a win. Crazy scheduling this week had all four teams off of a bye facing the four teams off of the bye in the prior week.
