Miami and Baltimore have proven to be pretenders, this isn't last season, give it up. I'll give you Arizona and NE.  Forgive me if I'm not impressed at them beating Houston and Tenn, both of which are sub .500 teams. I mean really, you're grasping at straws there bud.

I always love the arguement when people say who have they beaten.  They have beat everyone that they had on their schedule.  The point is who have the lost too.  They won at Baltimore a team that Denver lost by over 20 too.  In the NFL you have to win the games you are supposed to and not loose to them the Broncos have lost games they should not have with Baltimore who you say is a pretender and also a 3 win Washington team.  The Colts have dominated the Broncos for the last 6 or 7 years. 

Vegas loves when people make bets like this and why they make money too many idiots that take a huge money line like this and this just collect this money up.

I would take Indt, no one has really slowed this team dow. It's not the offense that is looking great, it's their damn defense.

I was going to make the exact same post. I guess I will just give you the pat on the back for a good in depth write up.

What I don't think anyone is mentioning is that Indy is playing like a good mid major bball program. They shorten games and capitalize on any mistake. This is probably almost all attributable to their vets on the Pass offense. I give them credit for that but this will be a tough weak for them. Denver could steal the Miami blueprint from Monday night earlier and the season and have a much better defense than Miami. That is the way I see this game playing out. Indy won't be able to capitalize on big plays the way they did against Miami.

Where is detroit capper? He used to have a great system but I don't remember the exact rules. I think both games needed to be played in the same venue.

The gist:
Indy beat Baltimore
Denver lost to Baltimore

therefore Denver beats Indy.

Its counter intuitive but it worked to a high percentage. I like to use it as a cross reference.

Please please please please please please please explain how Balt and Miami are pretenders if they are still in the WILDCARD race with 4 games to go? They very will might be. Untill they are out of the race its fair game to everyone. Also anyone who thinks Indy had a cupcake scdedule knows nothing about football. Enough said

Also if you notice INDY will have the #1 seed in the AFC. They are also one of the best teams in the NFL. Houston and Tenn are at 5-7. Yeah look their record. Oops they had to play the best team in the NFL twice. They are obv going to lose and everyone who played them this year did. If you don't think Houston and Tenn are avager teams please don't post on here ever again. Your nothing but a embarssement to everyone on here at covers.

FYI........I'm a diehard Cowboy fan.

First of all, the Saints are the best team in the NFL. Indy has been an inch away from losing in at least 6 of their games this season.  Balt and Miami are both undisciplined teams that make too many mistakes, that does not constitute a good team.  Houston and Tennessee are mediocre, you cannot deny this.

when I said that Denver can still lose and be fine...is because a Denver loss would put them at 8-5 going into the last 3 games of the season with home games against KC and Oakland and a most likely loss at Philly. If they handle their home business ..they would at least finish at 10-6. They lose against Indy ....they are still one of the two wild cards because every other team aside from JAX is 6-6.

If Denver finishes at 10-6 ..only three teams can knock them out of the playoff wildcard spot if they finish at 10-6. JAX..due to a better conference record...Pitt and Balt due to head to head wins over Denver.

LIKE I SAID with my INDEPTH analysis when I started this post...

Denver wins SU...BANK ON IT

If they lose this game...it will be because of ADDAI..not Manning..trust me.

just a thought (mentioned in the NY Times), wouldnt indy be better losing and trying to sabotage the chargers for the afc west, they will still be number 1 seed either way.

not suggesting they would do it on purpose but if its in the players minds that losing would have a silver lining, who knows?

You misunderstood me I think... Some guy said Denver wont play hard because 'They can loose and still be okay.'

How is a team in Wildcard position only @ week 14 'okay' to loose?

Denver is playing for a lot more this game especially with easy games like Oak and Kc coming up.... and a game behind division rival Chargers playing Dal, Cinci and Ten next...

Indi wouldn't ease until weeks 16 or 17 IF THEY DO. Making this guys point completely irrelevant to 'The motifs' this game....

Very true in that statement but that was against the Shannahan Broncos.  Just as the Chiefs had dominated Denver at home in December against the Shanny Broncos.  New coach, new system I like Denver's chances in this game!

I know that every single week over the past month the experts say that this is the week the Colts will fall........BUT ...I think this week is the week that the Colts with their full starting unit will be tested the most up until the playoffs. This could be a straight out win for Denver. They have the personnel to beat Indy.

Good offensive line, good veteran defense, good wide receivers, good TE, good backs, and a QB that although he lack arm strength and speed with his legs....he is efficient. Short passes, good running game...keep the chains moving. They do not have to go deep..the Cover 2 will allow dink and dunk..and when Denver gets inside the 20's...do fade routes to Marshall..6 foot 5 and if Denver have to run..give it to Big Peyton Hillis between the tackles.

the funny thing about this is... if anyone had bothered to do their homework, they would know that Denver hasn't covered a spread against Indy since like pre-2000... Manning owns that secondary... it's as simple as that... Baltimore, too... Manning owns the Broncos and Ravens, and until he retires you shouldn't be betting either of those teams when they play Indy...
