SO you have 17 weeks now say you have a decent bank roll or career making like $95,0000 a year.
SO you can afford to wager$1000 per week
Thats $17,000 you can win just in nfl tax free cash
so now maybe you dislike NBA and decide to go to your other strength could be college women sports which the wise guys do because you get softer lines in that sport if you ever noticed because people do not like girls sports.
SO anyway it can be done but your life is booooring if thats all you want to make a living out of ..and you cannot live where you are and do it...
YOU have to be in Vegas or else where in Nevada to bet for a living.
plus you have to stay OUT OF casinos
thats like asking a KID to stay out of candy store with $20 in his pocket!

Sitting in a cubicle, working for a big business watching your life pass before your eyes from inside of an office building. Working every weekday morning until night, and then a lot of times being too tired/stressed to have the ability to enjoy your free time.
Or any other variation of this. Working construction if your more of a blue collar type… etc…
I'm not saying the OP's write-up is a blue print to how to be a pro sports bettor, there's a ton of BS in there. But potentially, if you're starting with the type of bankroll he's talking about. You can make more money than you otherwise would at your 9-5 job, and live leisurely with no boss… set hours… early mornings… etc…
I fail how more free time and doing something you enjoy leads to enjoying your life less.
