NFL is the only game where a penalty can be called on any play. It’s whether they choose to call it or not, hence controlling the outcome/script of the game. The craziest is when flags come in late. Everyone is aware of the game spreads/totals. I was on the falcons but I really thought I was dead in the water. “Analytics” is one of their excuses to make bozo decisions and get away with it.
