Falcons are only -3.5?? I am not missing anything, this is an EXTREMELY easy pick to make. This really must be a joke, I thought the spread was going to be 7 and I still liked the Falcons. First of all the Saints fucked their season by losing that game last week at home. That was a hard fought game that they gave away themselves. Their secondary has no chance against the quick Atlanta Falcons. They are tired, banged up, and now they have to travel to their NFC south rivals. Falcons might not be good in the playoffs but they are great at home in the regular season and they are great in close games. They played a sloppy game at New Orleans and still had a chance to win the game. This is honestly a gift from the gambling gods and I don't understand how you could bet any other team.

The saints defense is beyond horrible, but the falcons are banged up in their secondary and to be honest josh freeman lit them up last week. Not to mention if you haven't paid attention the falcons rarely blow any team out, let alone a prideful saints team with a good qb.

They still held them to 23 points even though they had that much success on offense. Falcons are going to blow the tired behind Saints out. Too much pressure on Brees like always.

did you happen to Oakland at Atlanta ? they were lucky to win, Oakland outplayed them look like the better team ,
Now when you consider how bad Oakland is, and the fact that Oakland hasn't won traveling to the eastern time zone since the 1960's also the way Matt Ryan has looked
I wouldn'r be so confident also New Orleans has there number won the last 3 SU I grabbed New Orleans +3.5

I rather take New Orleans at +3.5 . Saint defense are playing alot better then beginning of the season. Atlanta have been playing close games where they should have lost.

do not forget, this is a bitter rivalry, and i mean BITTER. i went to a saints falcons game in the late 80s at old fulton county stadium, when bobby hebert was the QB. there were more saints fans in the stands than falcon fans. back to 2012.....its still a BIG thing to play the ATL... the saints have already beaten TB and ATL, while losing to carolina, and they should beat carolina the 2nd game.. so they will have some tiebreaker edge in the case of ties for playoff spots and with 5 games left, they can win out, and 9-7 will probably make the NFC playoffs. there is a lot to play for and the saints will be ready. the falcons the saints defense only allowed 17 pts to the 49er offense, but they wont slow down matt ryan much, but the saints will move the ball at will as well... safest play may be the over, as high as it is....but dont count out the saints, based on this past sunday afternoon.

I really believe the Saints are going to be banged up Quddus took a shot from Delanie Walker so did Colston and Bunkley kicked Alex Boone. This was obviously a devastating loss that they should have won. Brees' decision to throw a pass over the middle for 7 yards open or not with 30 seconds left was nothing less than horrible. I cannot believe in a game that big he would make that decision. After a game playing against a hard team like the 49ers you will be exhausted. You will know that if you ever played sports at a competitive level and then on short rest had to play another game especially against another good team. New Orleans is very one dimensional and I just feel like they will not be able to put up enough points against the Falcons. The Falcons will score without one single problem.
The Saints winning out is going to be extremely hard and doubt that will happen, highly doubt it. I don't think you really believe that. They play at Falcons on 3 day rest. Then at New York Giants. Then at home Vs. Tampa Bay. Then at Dallas. Then finish off with Carolina at home. They will lose at least 2 of those games and the season will be over.

that's the only thing you have going for you New Orleans played a very physical game coming back so quick , most teams are injured at this point but who knows really who's hurt or not
but if every things equal i like New Orleans to win
brees to much of a competitor to have 2 bad games in a row

I had a lot of faith in the Saints winning last week because I believed that was their must win to keep the team hot and moving towards the playoffs. At this point I know they are not mathematically out of it, but I believe they are out of the playoff race. They have to win every game from here on out which I believe cannot possibly happen. Falcons, Giants, and Cowboys on the road and TB at home....all four games will be hard depending on which Cowboy team will show up. I think this is a great spot for the Falcons to jump to an early lead and never look back. Matt Ryan at home has been untouchable for the last three years. I understand that the Saints will put up a lot of yards, but I just feel like the Falcons will be able to score more touchdowns while the Saints score field goals. I see the same type of score to the 49ers game 31-21 Falcons. 14-10 at half.

Even though Detroits season is practically over, they will still play hard and I think they blow out the Colts as well. They get a long week and I just think they play well at home. They lost because of a bullshit call and obviously it's devestating, but at the same time Stafford plays hard at home every game no matter what and so does Calvin Johnson. Not that Colts aren't a good team, but this is a huge let down spot for them. A lot of people will be on Colts because the hype this last week and the Detroit big loss on national television. I see Detroit putting up 35 on the Colts.
