I view Indy this Week as the most "interesting pick" on the board and it was a potential "easy pick" for me but its almost too good to be true, so im gonna lay off that game... my Head says POUND Indy but my Heart says POUND Houston... So my Wallet does Neither!!! HEAD or HEART???? We shall see!!!

I Like Detroit +7 to give Chicago a stingy game and take advantage of some Turnovers... I Like the ML here but i Love the Points!

Dallas -3.5 seems like a Great Bet, almost made my "bet of the week" but im curious to see how theyre gonna play on the road, inside of the division. Its no secret that the Skins are much improved and should definitely put up a Good Solid Fight at Home to open up the season but the Boy weapons are too great for the Skins... Gimme the Boys -3.5

I like Oakland +7 to be much improved this season and give Tennessee a great game. Tennessee was MUCH better than their record indicated lastyr as they had an atrocious start but Oakland has improved their Offense with Campbell and their Defense in the draft with Rolando McClain and a couple other solid draft picks... i look for Oakland to possibly Win this one outright but I wouldnt take the ML just yet... but +7, im on it!!!

MNF: Baltimore should go into this game VERY fired up, and the Jets will aswell. Both teams feature ELITE Defenses and only 1 of these teams possess a QB strong enough to beat the opposing teams D... Gimme Flacco and the Ravens +2 to upset the big mouth Jets on National TV!

HONORABLE MENTION: I wanted to take Philly and Pitt as Homedogs!!! How often do you get those 2 teams at home, as dogs!? I also like Cleveland to grab a Win in TB and Seattle might steal one from the 9ers due to poor QB play by the 49ers on the road in a HOSTILE environment with the 12th man in Seattle... I didnt have the GUTs to play these 4 picks but i do LIKE THEM A LOT!!

EDIT:&#xA0;I decided to play the Houston Texans &#x2B;2&#xA0;&#xA0;(Went with my Heart! Dont fail me now Heart!)&#xA0;Nervous about this one, so i didnt go crazy but the more and more i look at it, Houston seems poised to exercise some of those demons and finally get over their Indy Hump!! Indys got even more weapons this year with Anthony Gonzalez healthy, but I think Addais gonna struggle today (I dunno why but im seeing some potential injuries for Joseph today!). And for once, Schaubs gonna get it done against Peyton and Crew...That gives me 5 Plays of 2 Units and 4 Plays of 1 Unit ....If we can bangout 4 out of 5, of the 2 Unit Plays, were in the clear!So to recap my plays...2 Units:Houston &#x2B;2Detroit &#x2B;7Oakland &#x2B;7Cowboys -3.5 (lone Fav!)Ravens &#x2B;21 Unit:Pitt &#x2B;2Philly &#x2B;3Seattle &#x2B;3Cleveland &#x2B;3Lotsa DOGS! Just the way I like it!!! Cowboys are my Lone Favorite this week, though i did "like" a few other Favs, none that I fell in "love" with! So far... So GOOD!&#xD;&#xA;Glad I added Houston &#x2B;2 to my card!!! HUGE WIN for the Texans!!! and ME!!!  &#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;Detroit &#x2B;7 was another Solid Play... Glad I didnt play the ML Bet, even though they shouldve Won Outright, they were ROBBED Badly!!! I wouldve been VERY upset if I took the ML!!!  But overall, VERY happy with the games outcome!!! &#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;Oakland &#x2B;7 wasnt nearly as Solid as I though it was going to be! McFadden looked as good as i thought he would, but the Raiders D wasnt even close to where it needed to be!!! &#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;Pittsburgh &#x2B;2 was the EXACT kinda game I thought itd be, hard-faught, defensive struggle, decided late in the game!!!  &#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;Cleveland &#x2B;3.5 (I obviously Hooked it) but I obviously didnt post the 3.5... for future reference, any 3 or 7 Point Spread, I Buy the Hook!!!  &#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;So far... after the 1 o&#x27;Clocks... 4-1 with &#x2B;4 Units!!! &#xD;&#xA;Were right on schedule Ladies n Gents... Well Seattle &#x2B;3 was more than a Live Home Dog!!! I had a feeling the 49ers would struggle on the road against the 12th Man in Seattle... as long as Alex Smith is your QB, you should NOT be laying Points on the Road... to anyone!!!  &#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;Philly &#x2B;3 played pretty well and "if" Kolb doesnt leave the game with a concussion, "maybe" they pull this one out. But he did go out, and they didnt pull it out! I still liked my bet and though I lost, im glad my head was in the right place. &#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;The 4 o&#x27;Clocks resulted in a 1-1 Record and 0 Units Gained. &#xD;&#xA;Putting my overall Record at 5-2 with &#x2B;4 Units... Still happy so far but looking to Win the Cowboys tonight and Ravens tomorrow to make a Solid Opening Weekend, into a GREAT Opening Weekend!!!
