San Diego seems to always start the season slow and then have to basically run the table to make the playoffs.......welcome to the dinner table Denver.
San Diego Offense: Led by one of if not the best QB in the league Phillip Rivers, they are #1in Total Yards, #1 in passing yards, #4 in points scored and #17 in rushing.
Denver Defense: Pretty ugly here;#30 in points allowed, #31 in rushing allowed, #26 in total yards. This is a defense that gave up 59 to the Oakland Raiders at home!
Denver Offense: Kyle Orton is having almost as strong of a year as Rivers which is pretty amazing.Team is #3 in passing yards, #6 in total yards, but last in rushing.....which is concerning as San Diego will make Denver beat them with the pass so we will find out if Orton is for real.
San Diego Defense: They are 2nd in the league in sacks and #1 in passing yards allowed and #1in total yards allowed. Add that they are #3 in rushing yards and I see Denver not having a chance to go score for score with San Diego, but they will try and if Orton turns the ball over this will be a blow out.
Taking San Diego Chargers -8.5 -115 (bought half point to avoid a push)

Gilberto... Ia m on this with you as well... However, this week in the NFL and College has been like an ATM machine just spitting out cash... The line has come down on my site to 8 1/2, so I bought the full point down to 7 1/2... I think the ideal play here is a Tease with the New England Patriots on Thursday...
Good Luck, and be cautious, as a 8.5-9.5 point line is a ton of points in the NFl especially for a team with a 5-4 record...

Nice job last night, but with 4.00 minutes left, the Giants up by 1. I'm feeling pretty good, let the Eagles kick the field goal and win by 2! I'm getting 3.5......anyway, really don't like either side tonight. Looking at the O/U, will be back.

GL, I'm tempted on the 1H, but I haven't played 1H's all weekend and a little cautious about changing my pattern (supersticious I guess on this one)
Gilberto: What are your thoughts on the over 50? We know SD will score and the only way it does not go over is if Denver scores like 10 pts. I see SD getting out to a big lead and maintaining that into the 4th and giving up a late TD in prevent D but still covering easy. I have 1H at SD -6.5 and feel like playing that. Do we use the same philosophy that the total is high to keep everyone from going OVER the total which almost looks like a given. on your great week! Keep your picks coming as it usually validates what I am thinking.
