Ok I can confirm it's true and it wasn't a bad bet when he made it I hate wen people say that was a bad bet or a dum bet, bro it's not a bad bet until it loses he didn't think he would lose it was a quick 11k for his daughter it takes money to make money but without a big risk there's no reward there's no such thing as a bad bet my smartest bets I mean In my mind guarantees seem to somehow lose but b4 u judge judge urself and ur bets

 I am not so sure on if this happened or not... But a bunch of folks here seem to think its bullshit.

But in fact, compulsive bettors sometimes get into a situation where they have to back their mouth up and shove a stupid bet just to prove a point.

I have seen it numerous times in the sportsbooks where a bunch of know-it-alls throw it down. Hundreds of thousands I've seen at times...

It is dumb to think that in all of this country, there isn't a fool out there doing something not thought out...

 It was 100% a dumb bet whether he won or not.  As I said if his IQ was slightly higher he would see he could get a risk-free 5% on his money in crypto.  Meanwhile, you think betting on a 0.008% return on your money on something that isn't in any way risk-free is smart? Wow.  Even T-Bills offer more and are essentially risk-free.  Zero excuses for making that wager even if he won his measly $11k.

That is the dumbest “investment” to make $11K. 

1.4M at 1% is $14,000. A monkey throwing darts at balloons with stocks would do better.
