He didn't have the stress of having to win the championship when shaq was there and he knows that James is scared to take over. So much stress on him to win that he can't take it. That is my opinon.

Additionally, Pat Riley of all people misses that Labron James is the second coming of Magic Johnson. He should be a beast of a point guard who runs a show-time offense. Labron James is not a smash mouth New York Knicks Anthony Mason type player.
