I kind of disagree on you on this write up
they are an elite team - just because one team has their number does not take away from their accomplishments.

Let us not forget that they were behind the Lakers and made up the difference to over come the Sweep that LA had on them

If indeed they move on and win the Title it will be because of their efforts to over take the lakers for the best record.

Orlando plays great against them but that doesnt mean they are not as good as their record

I have to agree that ORL is the lean; however, the line and CLE's record after a loss will keep me away from this game. CLE was 3-1 SU and ATS follwing a loss on the road (the situation we have now). The lone loss - the Magic! They were on a BTB, but CLE has done well on BTB. What does this mean? ORL or nothing...

Nice insightful writeup . Have the Magic for the series at +110 for 5 units , now I'm just more convinced .

glad were on the same side. nba is all about matchups, and some teams just can't matchup against others. cleveland is just simply outmatched, orlando has too many weapons. even with dwight in foul trouble last game cavs could not capitalize. i think magic will win this series 4-2.

one thing about the magic that worries me  -- G4 of the last round.  ORL really laid an egg and let Boston tie up the series 2-2.  Magic don't seem to play well in the favorite role and being up 2-1 lends itself to that.

lol that wat they said about the lakers look the game is gonna go to game 7 for cle and lakers thats the nba champion match alrdy in the den game i saw so many bad calls i knew something was wrong...this game CLE will win and tie the series 2-2 its just how it works...REF got the POWER!

I couldn't believe that they are laying 1.5 to a team that has beaten them all year, and on the road.
 
Maybe it is the 8 on 5 theory, but I will be dammned, Orlando should be up 3-0 at this point except for the big 3 by LeBron.
 
Give me Orlando here, the line is way off, but the books know that the Lebron fans would happily give 5 as they are betting on him alone.
 
Orlando +1.5 (should be Orlando -5)

This is why Orlando has pretty much owned Cleveland, they just can't matchup. Also, if Z has to guard Lewis and Varajeo has to guard Turk, it's going to get ugly. Z can not cover the 3 and no one in the lane to alter shots.

Also, Cleveland plays good D for 2/3 of the game. They lose their legs which opens up passing lanes and Orlando takes full advantage.

The one thing thats funny about hearing about the cavs matchup problems is that in reality not many teams matchup well with the magic. I mean how many teams can contend with howard? This is why id start my team with a dominant big man any day. You can build a winner much faster. Magic beat the lakers twice and bynum/gasol really struggled against him. Spurs as well. Celtics with kg could match up i guess

The refs spent the majority of Game 3 on their knees bowing to the great King James and it still wasn't nearly enough.

Maybe tonight they'll take it to another level and call fouls for breathing and chewing gum.

And why would the NBA fix a game in a scenario where everybody is expecting shadiness to potentially ensue?  Cleveland is a boring ass team to watch, can't see what the big deal is about them having to make the finals.  As long as the Lakers are there everything is cool with Stern.

VFR - I agree with you . The Cavs are not as good as I once thought they were, and all your info and thoughts are right (imo). Anyway, as much as i agree with you, I am scared to put Lebron in a must win situation and bet on him to fail. This line is basically a pickem game, and Lebron's back is against the wall.
 
I truly hate to go against the Cavs here (Lebron i should say), but i am, and i hope i don't regret it.

just because its a long ass write up does not mean its a good one.  i doubt half you clowns even read the whole thing and just wrote "great write up" cause its long.
 
not being an ass, but the write up you have was discussed before the series started by espn and everyone else about cleveland and how they have a hard time with the magic. 
 
only thing is why you say it now instead of before game 1?  still the same teams playing and the same players, so why wait until game 4?  to convince yourself that the magic are the better team TONIGHT?  Yes the cavs are 0-3 against the Magic, but now its game 4, and you are jumping on the magic train tonight.  Think it might be too late taht you already missed out on 3 plays on the magic and now decided to roll with them.  (i dont know if you have played the Magic all games.  If so, disregard my post) I'm just curious about why the long write up now?
