Who is the most improved team?

Simple question - who is the most improved team since last season? Who is going to win way more games than they did last year? Team name and at least 2 reasons why please.

I know Cleveland improved, but to qualify would have to see big improvement over their 44 wins already.

Detroit seems to be the most fun team to watch. They have bought in thus far.

you didn’t ask but going to tell ya anyway…how big of a letdown is Indianapolis?

Timberwolves. The biggest deficit with the team was defense. They went and got the several time over Defensive POY and allowed Kat to move to the 4 where he belongs.
