that pretty much sums it up.....who cares?? the man averaged 38p /8a/8r......he had nothing left to give......sure he "should have" shook hands.....sorry you guys are so quick to judge a man based on one incident.....pretty sure EVERY poster in here has done something far worst than to begrudgingly not shake the hand of a millionaire who plays basketball for a living.....maybe that was the 11th commandment......

I am a LBJ fan....not shaking hands does not somehow mean advertisers should take their money and give to someone else.

I think it is telling that this story had a 48 hr window and that people are still talking about it.  Could it be, becuase there was no other flaw or opening to be-little James about?

I think so.  All along I feel that haters are trying to place pot-holes in what is clearly a basketball prodigy that is now in the NBA.

You can clearly tell they are in the league when advertisers want them and their productivity on the floor reveals things that announcers consistently say....hummm, that has not been done before.

Whether you like it or not, that is the case with LBJ....analysts and announcers say, that has not been done since....that has not been done ever....when they are telling us what LBJs stats mean

Now, the not shaking hands was poor sportsmanship....but to talk about it day in and day out and to make the assumption or draw conclusion that this somehow makes him not a great/outstanding player is illogical......you can say whatever you want about him as a person (but do we really know any athlete --- NO).....but as a player he is NOW DA MAN.

He needs more help to cement his legacy as a player.....he can go into the scum-bag hall of fame for all I care.....knock the man, not the player.

And at the end of the day, we assess these guys as players that is unless they are dog-fighting, being accused of rape or domestic violence.

When I compare not shaing hands with dog fighting (Vick), alleged rapist (kobe) and domestic violence (too many athletes to list)......yes this LBJ stuff is comical and a non-troversy.
