Tin ive seen several plays on Illinois Chicago. I was wondering what warrants them a play when they are 1-12 in their league

If you want explanation I think you are asking in the wrong forum.

I know some people want detailed write-ups with the plays that are put on this and other websites, but the honest truth is not many people on here actually have the time to do great write-ups like makaveli23 and Mikado. I enjoy reading those write-ups as I believe it helps me learn more about betting in the association, but it's hard to complain too much about a poster not doing write-ups when they are up 450+ units.

Just my opinion and don't want to rub anyone the wrong way.
