As I said, I like Memphis to win and cover, but there will be a doubleheader Sunday either way. Only question is whether OKC will be playing Memphis or Dallas on Sunday.
aw really I didn't look into it carefully I thought they would give the West teams one extra day to rest if the series ends tonight- haha guess my thread title doesn't make sense

I was thinking Memphis but i m staying away now. Up untill game 4 1st Q it was toss up. Since that 1st q Memphis hasn't won any quaters including OT. That s 7 q + OT Oky hasn't lost any q. For team known for battle all... it might be tell tale sign. So i ll just enjoy the game tonight.
Good Luck!
I understand what you're saying. First off I'm throwing Game 5 out the window I knew the Grizz would be devestated after their Game 4 triple-OT loss. In Game 4 after the 1st they did not win a quarter. However the Grizz played the Thunder very close in almost all of the quarters except the 2nd Q and 3rd OT so I don't think they have lost their ability and confidence in their ability to play with the Thunder

Surprised you're not touching the Under on this game. If Memphis wins this game I think it will go under.
I actually gave the Under some serious consideration today but there were a couple of things that turned me off of the play. First of all it's an elimination game. If things go down to the wire and especially if the Thunder are leading there will be a ton of fouls by the Grizzlies to extend the game and keep their season alive. Another thing is that both of teams have played a lot of basketball these last few days. In Game 5 both teams were drained and had almost nothing in the tank. Now they both have had 1 day of rest so they will be able to push the ball in Game 6. The Grizzlies also play at a higher tempo at home. I think both teams play hard tonight but they are still a bit fatigued compared to how they usually are after 1 day of rest so their defense might not be as sharp as always but unlike in Game 5 they will have the energy to push the ball.
I would still lean Under but I like the Grizzlies better. BOL on what you play buddy!

to be honest, i dont have knowledge of nba, mostly cuz im from europe and cant watch it but i know some basic logic OKC have momentum OKC is better team ( that will most ppl say, ppl like to bet on them) MEM looked dead tired in last game and half BUT how open line can be same like games before??? i would go above that if this is normal season game when u have like 7-8 games on board, but today is only one nba game and there will be a lot of money on this game and how books can get even money with this opening line ?
on the other hand, this is do or die for MEM OKC will be maybe under stress of going in conf final (which is big deal)
and there is on thing that concerne me, did MEM have time to regain energy??? but for that answer we need to w8 and see
im on ML and 1Q
btw. nice profit in playoff

hey good to see you. momentum is huge in sports but I have followed the Grizzlies really closely all season and they always come out hard and with that 1 day off after getting embarrassed I knew they would give it their best effort tonight- I'm so proud to be a Grizzlies fan as their win by 12 after being down 10 at half was so impressive
take care and hope to see you in here soon

MT you don't play the bases do you? If not enjoy the day off tomorrow, really appreciate the winners.
I like MLB big Red Sox fan since about 1999. I capped MLB on covers and posted started year off like 12-4 but then ended on a massive 8-game losing streak. Don't have the time and passion to cap MLB like I do NBA, NFL, and Men's Tennis so I don't post and haven't been playing it. Also when I get on a bad run in MLB I panic, in the NBA I never panic when a couple bounces don't go my way cause I'm confident that I can read the sport reasonably well.
Gonna hit the gym in the morning, grab a brew and watch my Bruins and then take a lovely lady out for dinner in the night. So hopefully my day off will go nicely haha.
Enjoy the Hennessy!
