This is going to be like the Lebron vs. Celtics game 6 in Boston from 2012. The Bulls now have the Heats full attention. You couple this with the Bulls picking at least one game every series to get whomped and it is a great spot for a Heat 25 point victory.
I love the Bulls, but I knew one of these two first games the Heat would win by 20, had no idea the Bulls would actually win (got creamed by a Heat -500 in-game ML) a game, but this creates an even better spot for a Heat cover.
Lastly-- as a side of course, the tweets coming from Bulls players out in the clubs with Lil' Wayne after the game are also concerning. Seems to me they may have enjoyed Miami a bit too much since the upset as Lebron and Co. have sat home stewing ready for vengence.
For the last 48 hours the Heat have had to hear everyone talk about their even record vs. the Bulls, their 2 of 3 losses out of 50 games vs. Chicago etc. etc. etc. ...my money is on the Heat -12 and I will absolutely throw a roll if my book is dumb enough to give a -500 1Q in-game again.
Just my two cents. BOL

I'm sure game 7 of last series was the highlight of your fan experience after Jordan left (maybe even moreso given what little they had to put on the court).

Agree.

There was the Celtics series that they went to 3OTs (Ben Gordon's corpse), the D Rose blooming---but yes....Game 7 vs. Brooklyn was wildly enjoyable. I know the entire world hates Noah outside of Chicago-- but my goodness, if that guy was on your side you would love him. Jo is a man who literally outworks his opponents. Seeing the supposed max contract Lopez guy pass up shot after shot scared made me appreciate Jo even more. Game 1 would have been great if I didn't lose $2,500 on the -500 ML bet....so it was certainly bitter and a tad sweet!
Jimmy Butler is going to be better then Deng (not like Deng is a stud but a solid player) and it could be the real key to making a run for a title as the Heat have to break up the big 3.

I'm from Chicago & agree 100%. I think the Heat felt that all they had to do was show up to win game 1 & what they got was a huge wake up call. The Bulls are gonna get it shoved down their throats tonight.

yeap, i took Heat -12 when the line popped up. this is a sort of statement, and it reminds me of Knicks' 2nd game against Pacers. maybe Bulls will be close up until 3rd QT, then they will collapse for sure. i expect Bulls will be so ugly tonight.

You guys kill me and you call yourselves fans? The Heat aren't shoving garbage down the Bulls throat. The Bulls are a match-up nightmare for the Heat and they know it. They hate to play the Bulls. I am originally from Chicago and never would I say my team will get killed by them. I mean are you guys actually watching these games or just the highlights. The Bulls create match-up problems for the Heat. Why? THE HEAT ARE OLD with the exception of LeBron, Chamlers, and Bosh. Ray Allen trying to guard Nate Robinson? Mike Miller who only wants to shoot the 3 and cannot hit that, Haslam is old as hell, Ray Allen is old, D Wade looks like he doesn't even wanna play anymore. The Bulls are the team with more energy, more heart, and want to win. The Bulls hate the Heat, and if we can limit LeBron more of the same is coming. The only thing the Bulls lack is their superstar Rose, Deng and Hindrich. The Heat only have 1 more year to try to win and it will be a turning of the tide in the East. Not saying the Bulls will win the game. I just don't think we will get blown out by Miami. The Bulls play too hard, Bulls cover and series goes 7 games!

Lebron is enough to cover this spread my friend. When he goes for 40 wait to see how open the Heat 3-pt shooters are going to be. I am absolutely a fan of the Bulls--but my wallet cannot tell a difference. The Heat is the play. If you really think they cannot outscore Chicago by 3 points each quarter then by all means pound the Bulls.

Bosh needs 20 for the heat to cover -12? With the best basketball player on the planet on their team? I disagree -- but if you are on the other side GL.

3 points each Q thats not a good way to look at it....basketball is a game of runs. Runs, I think both teams have that being said. Not sure if the Heat will cover -12 just too many points in a playoff game.

Never ever ever put that much money on a moneyline as stated in the other thread....ever again!!!
I no longer hate Noah. I would trade him for Brook today! I'm not kidding.
And I gotta tell ya, when they drafted him so high I was laughing thinking how badly they got fleeced. Gators vs. George Mason is not the NBA. Not even close. If Rose never regains his old form, Noah may go down as their best pick in the last 10 years!

I don't think you can be a real Bulls fan and not think they had a chance to win as you said in your first post. Everyone can agree the Heat will come out with a vengeance but your implying the Bulls are a weak team that won't be able to do anything about it.
sidenote: anyone know what the most up-to-date time table is for Hinrich and Deng? I've heard Hinrich is likely for today and Deng not so much.

I agree. You gotta take the points, 12 is A LOT. The Bulls are not coming to fool around, they want this one too. To me, it all comes down to wether the Heat will make their 15-3/12-0/16-1 kind of runs late in the 3rd and beginning of the 4th. Last time they did start that kind of run and had a 7 point lead, but Bulls had answer every time.
Bulls are tough. I can't go against a team that tough. 12 points for the toughest team since Detroit 2004 in Eastern conference semi finals is too much.
