Without a doubt it will be the deciding factor.  If LeBitch and Wade continue to get bailed out and allowed to take 10-15 free throws each game, then the Heat win in 5 or 6.  If Stern decides to repay the Mavs for the assault and battery from the refs in 2006...Mavs should roll all over the Heat.
