Like it or not, Simple Economics and Murphy’s Law dictates that Game 6 is happening at Madison Square Garden. Depriving the universe of this is comparable to living in a world without Coca Cola. Everyone makes a ton of money especially Dolan, and it’s the fans that are happily paying for it so they will happily take it from them. Let me dumb it down for you like I do when I explain things to a 8 year old.
its pretty easy math since you can pretty much compound the prices since each game is an elimination game for the Spurs, so really you don’t need to bet the series market, you can just bet on each game and compound rollover your winnings each game. Current market series price +385 for spurs to win at Fanduel so $100 pays back $485, needs to win 3 games straight.
Game 5 odds = -200 spurs Moneyline so $100 pays back $150
game 6 odds = +110 spurs Moneyline so $150 from game 5 win pays back $315
game 7 odds = -200 spurs Moneyline so $315 from game 6 win pays back $472.50
Now if the Spurs win Game 5, and the series price is +150 which would only happen in an alternate universe where 2+2 =5 . You would be the only idiot to bet the +150 where as people like me would bet Spurs Moneyline at +110 game 6 and take those winnings and bet Spurs again at -200 on game 7, effectively getting +215 instead of +150. We can just wait and see what happens since I’m pretty confident Spurs win game 5 anyway. Also, real Men admit when they’re wrong when they’re shown the evidence in black and white ??

Dude relax books have tendency to shorten the odds on certain teams like spurs in betting 2 plus 2 does not equal 4 all the time u should know that however I do aggre with one thing if spurs win game 5 u go big on game 6 on them in msg +11o and this is the last time where u should bet on them and rolling over that wining on spurs -2oo in game 7 I mean it's your money you might as well burn it i would not do that

Only one game can look, feel, and be treated like a Game 7, and that is Game 7, the one game in the series where both teams are facing elimination. Whenever you hear athletes or coaches in basketball, hockey, or baseball saying "We have to treat this like it's Game 7", know right then and there that they are just kidding themselves.
Not that it guarantees anything in this series, but the Knicks closed out their first three rounds on the road by 51, 30, and 37 points. That is absolutely amazing and ought to be respected. Also, not that the current Knicks players are hoops historians, but they ought to be aware that the last time their franchise played in The Finals, they were drummed out in just 5 games by the San Antonio Spurs who celebrated their first title at Madison Square Garden. The way things have gone this year with the always existing 3pt threat and large leads being blown regularly I think anything is possible. I Stand by what I said. Game 6 in this series is Game 7. It is the only game left in this series that each team has about a 50% equity chance to win. And yes, the Spurs are 100% the better team. And It’s not me that’s claiming this, it’s the ‘wisdom of the crowd’ hence the world as we know it aka ‘the market’ The numbers reflect this, otherwise spurs wouldn’t be -200 at home where as Knicks are -130 at msg. “The market is never wrong, opinions often are.” Game 6 atmosphere at the garden will be 10x more electric than game 7 at spurs. Ticket prices at msg will also reflect this, might be 15x -20x more expensive than game 7 at Frost bank.
