Spurs -160 For Series vs Warriors

Keep in mind, the spurs had the lead down to 5 in game 2 and more than their fair share of chances to cut into that lead even more, they missed some open shots, lay ups and manu even got called for charging. both games in golden state will be tight, the teams will probably split them and warriors -2.5 is probably a fair line. i would make every game for rest of the series a pick'em regardless of where its being played

Funny, when I saw theGS  line at +160 thismorning, after watching the Spurs get bitchslapped on their own court, with the Warriors holding the home court and the Spurs with seemingly no answers, I made the biggest play my book would allow.  Golden State, of course. 

Every great team meets its match at some point, and at some point the torch is passed to the youth.  We are witnessing that right now I believe.  I realize full well the Warriors are young and dumb enough to blow this, but to me the true value is at +160.  I feel rather ill about the whole thing though, as I restrained myself from making a play at +700 before game 2.  I didn't have balls then, but game two gave me a pair.  I bet the left one on the young guns.

Very well said.  This is the one aspect everyone is overlooking.  They are young and dumb enough to NOT let the pressure or the blown leads effect them. 

Pop doesn't make adjustments very well sometimes.  The have made the playoffs every year and are an EXCELLENT team during the regular season, but they have only reached one conference championship in 5 years, losing to OKC.  They are human and they can be beaten.  Golden State is a better shooting team, much faster, much hungrier, and currently better defending.  I don't think San Antonio can even bring the intensity to the next level to compete with these young stars.  These Warriors are just beginning to realize how much potential they have and it's getting unlocked by Mark Jackson letting them play their game.  They are building unstoppable confidence with every game, getting better and better.

I lost the real value taking them pre-series or after game 1, but I'm still getting +130 on this team that flat out outplayed the Spurs, coming home for two games.  Sign me up.

Think the pressure of playing in front of their home crowd is exactly what did them in last night. The didn't look as free flowing. 
Should be an interesting series going forward. I read Curry hurt his ankle too?
