lets get our facts straight happy if you want to get involved, the NHL is a club competition where canadians have 6 chances to win EVERY YEAR whereas england has once chance to beat the REST OF THE WORLD in a knockout competition every four years,

not really a very good comparisom.

and sorry i offended u cince by making a factual statement.

It's cool. I mean if u want to talk about national sport. Hockey is #1 in canada and Soccer is #1 sport in England

How many players re canadian in the raptors? Just like i'm asking how many player re british in Man U or chelsea ?

In my point of view, only the nation team represent the country.

let me help you, the raptors are a club side, as are the likes of man U.

the "nation team" as u so eloquently put it is canada or england

they play in completely different competitions and cannot be compared in any way.

if you're able to make a point, let me know what it is?

What i want to say is even hockey is the #1 sport in canada, winning a stanley cup doesn't represent as a country trophy.

The world championship in hockey is the most important trophy .

Just like the world cup is the most important trophy.

And the champ represent the country that they play for.

The club like man u or leafs are all about money & business. They don't play for the country, That's what i try to say in here.

i watched a lot of cbc's coverage of the hockey playoffs last year and they were shattered to a man when the canadiens didnt make it out of the eastern conference finals, it was all "this is canada's chance to make good after all these years" etc.

and its fair to say club sports are bigger than national teams in today's sporting landscape in any case

As i know, Montreal Canadians still win the most stanley cup so far, just like the NY yankees in baseball. Different people have different point of view , i'll respect yrs but i don't agree on the club sports re bigger than national teams.

I think the whole england will go nuts if they win the next world cup compare if man u win the champion league .

Just my 2 cents & i'll respect yr point of view.

BOL on yr champion league bets tomorrow  I'll make a few bets as well
