WE all know they both score tons of pts..
 
but that is a HUGE OVER
 
all it takes if 4 one team to get up 20 pts and the game will be slowed down.. you can get somethin like

Oh, and then there's the inevitable 46 point final quarter as well

l would definitely lean toward the OVER. For one, the total looks extremely HIGH and to the average square, they pound the UNDER. I can remember 15 years ago when a total in the upper 190's would draw this type of reaction. Hmmm, I'd be interested to see when 200+ point totals beagan popping up more often. The game has changed so much......ahhh the good ol days.....

You would think both teams would score in the 120's here...I'm in for 2 UNITS at 231.  I'm sure the line will move up as the day goes on.

I'm interested to see what number the people on here who use math models have this game pegged at.  Because the linesmakers know with these two teams and their styles people are going to be lineing up to take the over.  Seems like there might be a couple points they've added here due to that perception.

This is exactly what I meant in my previous post.  They know everybody is going to have this mentality when thinking about this game, so why on earth would they offer you a fair number on the over?

But definitely dont ignore these stats:
  • Over is 5-0 in Knicks last 5 games playing on 1 days rest.
  • Over is 4-0 in Knicks last 4 when their opponent scores 100 points or more in their previous game.
  • Over is 6-0 in Knicks last 6 after scoring 100 points or more in their previous game.
  • Over is 6-0 in Knicks last 6 overall.
  • Over is 5-0 in Knicks last 5 after allowing 100 points or more in their previous game.
  • Over is 4-0 in Knicks last 4 games following a ATS win.
  • Over is 6-2 in Knicks last 8 vs. NBA Pacific.
  • Over is 5-1 in Warriors last 6 Tuesday games.
  • Over is 12-4 in Warriors last 16 home games vs. a team with a losing road record.
  • Over is 10-4 in Warriors last 14 home games vs. a team with a road winning % of less than .400.
  • Over is 18-8 in Warriors last 26 home games.

    • And not to mention their only meeting this year resulted in 263 total points....And that was with no OT.....Wow.
