It is all a lot more rife that you think. We have seen plenty of people caught in sports world wide fixing games, plenty. To think everyone that does it gets caught is naïve and has there head buried in the sand.
Its like when you see a major drug bust on the news, then you walk into a bar/club and drugs are everywhere.
For how many that get caught, imagine how many gets passed the gate?
catching fixers is very very hard and in most cases, realise on luck to catch, like Donaghy.
The reality is, when money is involved, evil is always behind it. Since day dot.
Thinking proefessional athletes don't get caught up in it is like thinking they don't look at an attractive girl wearing a short skirt in the street. Its built in our DNA. Where money is involved, greed, corruption and evil are always around it. That's just human nature.
