thanks for posting 3 words that mean nothing without an explaination. All I ask is to hear reasoning behind any thoughts that you have. Saying so and so will win without any explaination is a waste of your time and mine. Is there anyone with reasoning why Boston will win?

Respectfully disagree. Pierce was a step slow ALL series. He is in the twilight of his career. He is not the self proclaimed "best player in the nba" He doesn't have the guy who made him the best he ever was in Garnett. I have been at this a looong time. Please don't tell me I don't know what I am talking about. I watched Pierce march to the championship last year, and I also watched him decline as a player this year. He doesn't have the motivation to get better after he won a championship. He chose to enjoy it and get "fat". His ultimate goal in his career was to win ONE championship. His goal was never to win TWO championships...Not to mention last year he had Garnett who also was trying to win his only championship...You can now replace Garnet with Perkins and Scalabrini...Not even close...You can not watch a Celtics game and tell me he hasn't lost a step. If he didn't explode or dominate in the first round, what makes you think he is going to turn it up an do it in the second round...The guy is not the same player. He was happy with the ONE championship and doesn't have the motivation to win a second one...Cut and dry. If he did, he would have beat the Bulls in 5 games by simply taking over games like he used to 5 years ago. He is not the same player.
The fact that you say the Celtics played a "c" series against the Bulls and still won is great. What makes you think that the Celtics can turn around after playing all of those stressful extra minutes and play an "A" series against Orlando. It isn't going to happen. you can thumbs down me all day, but I have stated nothing but facts.
Good luck to you. you will need it betting on Boston.
