the main thin I have got out of smartbets posts (apart from the winning picks) is the discipline he speaks about and it's just something I am struggling to do as I am compulsive by nature and gambling gets a hold of us most.
Hopefully this is something I can begin to work but it's interesting to see other members in here say they are taking a break on certain days etc and then seeing what they play the following day or so.
