I know it's early yet- but, I see trends that look pretty good.

I'll post until it starts losing... so this could be the one and only post

Actually, I'll give it a week or so...

Monday's plays...

New Orleans/ New York  Under 102

Houston/ Utah over 101

All wagers for 1 unit each

  better luck... fyi  knicks don't play defense and run-n-gun offense

If that is the case why were the first 3 games the Knicks played they scored under in the first half?

Charlotte and the Knicks were 5-1 under in the 1st half of each of their games. That was the trend I was looking at.

Friday 11/6

Today will determine if these trends are for real or not.  I've got a lot of plays for the first half.  It's getting late so I'll post and then check them tomorrow and see if there's any changes.  I've looked at these trends quite a few times, but want to check again because of the amount of plays:

ATL
PHO under
BOS (They are also a 2nd half play- meaning they should cover the game also)
MIL- Under
MIN- will cover the 1st half
CLEV- Under
GS/LAC- Over
WAS- Under
TOR- Over

I'll have lines on these games tomorrow also.

Great thread here an good to see you rollin' 8! May i ask you, where you get your stats from? searched for a few minutes and didn't find any first/second half stats on the common pages.

I've been tracking since the beginning of the season.  I've put the info in an excel format and can see trends easier than trying to look at stats for each different team playing other different teams.  By the middle of the season, the stats for each team would be insurmountable.

I figured that if I follow trends of recent games along with team tendencies, there will be a trend that is easily identifiable.  Of course this is not 100%.  Some teams- like Dallas will perform beyond the norm- when they scored 44 points in the last quarter

The great thing about this system is that if a team gets better or worse during a stretch, I can see what's happening right away.

And it's good, you're realistic. Some people here always banging with there "100000%"...

UPDATE FRIDAY 11/6

After a good nights rest, I looked at the trends again and there are some changes.  Sometimes, with so many games, it's easy to see trends where there is no trend or not a strong enough trend to play.  This is one of those instances.

1st half plays

ATL -1
PHO under 104
MIL under 95
CLEV under 101
GS over 109
TOR over 102.5

This the most amount of games for the trends.  I hope it does well

Regarding NBA games:

I am not playing any of these until I get a better feel- but I want to post just in case someone needs to re- look at a game or confirm their picks. 


ATL- so far they have covered every time.

ORL- they've covered at home every time.  Detroit has not covered on the road except the first game of the season.  -13 seems a lot in my opinion though.

LL, I would tread lightly> maybe 1 unit  plays.  I'm worried that it might not live up to what it's been doing lately (because of the amount of games).

I hate following someone thread and then the day I start tailing, the system tanks

There is PLENTY games left.

Thanks for the advice. I'm following with small units for tonight. I'm very into halftime-bets. The nuggets were a real moneymaker in the last season...
