I actually like Melo in the starting lineup

melo and kd should be the forwards (outstanding shooters and team usa's leading scorers from 2008 and 2010 games)

kobe and paul should be the guards

Melo was not top scorer for USA in 2008 games. KD and Melo shouldn't play together in the starting five imo. Why would you want two outside shooters when you already have Kobe in the starting 5? Lebron and KD could probably work much better together, because Lebron can dominate the paint. Also Love should be included cause of rebounding. Although this team can obviously afford to play undersized vs most teams because they're just too talented.

The team needs a 4, and Melo is better than Durant at that Durant is not putting Kobe on the bench at the 2, or James at the 3.

I can see Durant playing some 2, 3, 4, and 5 in this tournament.

Chandler should only play 20 minutes, so some 6'8" or 6'9" guys are going to be forced to play 4 and 5. Maybe Chandler or Love is always on the floor. I don't see any opposing teams matching up with

Doesn&#x27;t matter who plays where when it&#x27;s men playing against boys - talent-wise.&#xD;&#xA;Paul runs the point with any 3 swingmen and Chandler alternates with K-Love to rebound and inbound the ball. That is all. &#xD;&#xA;Average margin of victory 25&#x2B;

The International Game is a perimeter game&#xD;&#xA;Both KD and Melo have outside - inside games&#xD;&#xA;I like the fact that they can hit that international three @ a very high %

Now that I think about it....the International teams do not play inside-out...so Coach could leave both LBJ and Chandler out of lineup and put a perimeter line up in the game

I would only play Anthony Davis and Chandler against Spain to go against the Gasol brothers....and wouldn't play them @ the same time....

I just believe USA can get away with playing Kevin Love and LBJ @ center vs nearly all of these international teams b/c of their style of play and the USA's style of play
