What up gents, on a bit of a slide 3-5 in my last 8 but still on a 19-8 run and 9-1 on my teasers/parlays. Missed both my plays by 1 point last night, kinda hurts more then when you get blown out. I was on the wrong sides straight up but one basket each game could have changed things drastically. Got an array of plays on a large Tuesday slate. Best of luck fellas. Peace out - - - MAK.
PORTLAND TRAIL-BLAZERS - 3.5 (B/2) - - - Most def my play of the week. Actually combined with the many teasers and ML parlays I have with Portland this could be my G.O.M. This is a bad situational spot for the Utah Jazz. Playing their 3rd in 4th nights and a back to back spot travelling from Salt Lake City to Portland. Actually they have been in this spot before earlier in the season. Beating OKC by 20 they had a back to back in Portland and got smoked by their divisional rivals. Speaking of divisional rivals this is a huge huge game for both teams. Tied in their respective division I suspect the home team to have a lot of back from the home crowd and that energy should lead this deep Portland roster to a win against a woeful back to back team and woeful road team in the Utah Jazz. Roster wise Portland causes a lot of problems. Aldridge is strong enough, tall enough and wide enough to cause problems for Boozer. Joel and Oden dwarf Memo and Milsap. Utah lacks a low post shot blocker and Portland has 3 of them. Last time Portland was in a big home game was vs LAL and you all know what happened there. Kirilenko, Harpring, Korver, Brewer will all struggle shooting on this back to back and I suspect a decisive win for the Blazers.

DENVER NUGGETS - 12 - - - The Knicks came through with a good cover in Utah but there is no way they do that on back to back nights flying from Utah to Denver. Playing their 8th game in 11 nights which is fuckin crazy in the NBA, this fast-break team will get blown out tonight in Denver. A team that is playing their best basketball of the season on a 8-1 SU run and 4-0 ATS run the Denver Nuggets are hitting their stride at the perfect time. Tonight I suspect a 20+ win for the Denver Nuggets.

DALLAS MAVERICKS - 6 - - - Estimating a line here, to be honest I don't much care what the line is, tonight the Mavs will demolish the Tims. The Mavericks should have a full roster tonight as I suspect Howard to return. Mavs are an outstanding team after a bad loss. With a coach like Rick Charlisle I don't suspect anything less. After a horrible blowout loss to CLE they should exact their revenge on the pups. They are 5-1 SU after a 20+ point loss. They have absolutley owned the series vs the Timberwolves. For some reason Dirk loves playing in Minny...who the fuck likes playing in Minny? Well since Dirk has had his sstart status he has never lost in Minny and Dallas historically covers in Minny as well. Dallas does not want to face LAL and still has a chance to get out of that 8th spot. Tonight I suspect the guards to do some damnage. Barea, Kidd, Wright and Terry are key. Dirk does the rest as the Disco comes to Minny.

DETROIT PISTONS + 10 - - - Too many points for what should be a healthy Piston squad for the first time in quite a while. Sheed should be back, I think A.I may have some success off the becnh for D Town. I suspect RIP to shoot well tonight. Palace Prince to guard LBJ fairly well and the Detroit bench to outplay the CLE bench tonight. Will Bynum is a good guard who is a decent playmaker. Other young players like Maxiel, Kwame and Aaron should not be under-estimated. Tonight my gut says D Town makes a statement.

CHARLOTTE BOBCATS + 5 - - - I know I know going against Kobe is a no no. I rarely do it, but I really think the Cats should be giving 5 at home to no one. Cats are very very underated and if there is one team they actually matchup well with, it is the Cats. Don't even look at previous matchups. Whole new dynamic here. No Bynum, add Raja, Diaw and D.J to the mix and this will be a different ball game. Look for a desperate Cats team to feed off their crowd. Kobe doesn't have as much love in Charlotte as he does in other away cities. Look for Gerald Wallace to have a big big game and Charlotte's underated defense to keep this baby close.
