Experts?  Who's claiming to be the expert?  Those who claim outlandish win records or those who call them out to expose the lies?  Naysayers? BOL today Mak... B-ball is almost the only sport I don't follow closely (im betting, watching and reading about fball, hockey, soccer and baseball daily when the season or pre-season is on..), but I like to watch now and then + it's another great sport to make money off when you know what you're talking about --- just like King Mak

honestly don't know why mak stated the record he did but his record doesn't really mean much... more so than other cappers on here

and you know why?



because he actually TELLS YOU WHY he likes who he likes day in and day out. He brings useful info to the forum unlike 90% of you who bash him.

much respect to sir MAk.. he is one of the best cappers around here.. i have been reading his writeups for a long time even when im still not a member.. best write-ups you can ever read in covers. GL today Mak!

1) makavelli overreacted and called people names just because someone questioned his record.  When the 17 losses were presented, mak never responded to clarify matters.  Is there anything to hide? If not, speak up!

2) we are not seeking forum attention, and are not about to go into a gambling derby between us to prove whose wagering penis is larger.  We know mak's a good capper.  But when he claims a 90% win rate and someone comes up with proof to the contrary, he had better come up with answers

3) Nobody is being a hindrance by posing these questions.  In fact, it is a great service to the bettors around here.  Do you realize that there are many newbies here who don't really study games?  They just tune in, see who's got the most page views or replies, and blindly follow whatever bets have been laid out.  What does that do to the noob who sees mak's claim of a 90% win rate?  Blind tailing.  Big time.  Won't matter if the noob loses 9 times, it just takes one win to reclaim the God aura evinced by makavelli.  Who benefits? 4) I got into the fracas because mak became onion-skinned and freaked out like Paris Hilton on Ecstasy when Power-nap questioned him.  Throwing a fit because someone questioned your credibility is wrong.  If you're a mature person, you either disregard the one dishing out shit or, if the questions are valid, prove that the doubter is wrong.  But now mak's disappeared into his Kenyan cave and is sulking because he can't handle the heat.  Again, no one questioning him in this thread is competing for popularity.  I for one don't post often, but am aware of mak's sound reasoning for his picks.  But when he gets all girly-mad when someone questions his credibility, that's plain wrong, and I called him out as well.

Nice work, XTC.  However, it is still not the 45-5 record mak was claiming.  Yes, it's close, but not quite the "swaggerlicious" streak he was claiming.

I'm in the chemicals industry (sales) and we do have to travel extensively.  And of course you know what happens when Japanese companies take you out on a night out.  But then I don't see the need to brag about things like that in here.  This is a gambling forum, and the only people who enjoy tales like that are sammy11's fans.

Thank you Steve. I see you are tired of the bullshit as well. People claiming outrageous runs or records. First it was Sammy11 and now Mak. Then he called me a liar and all kind of perverted names and then someone went back and checked his record and come to find out he was the liar. Notice he hasn't responded???

Oh mak will respond, sooner or later.  I don't know if he's gonna reference the numbers dug up by yuice20 showing the 17 losses, but he'll surely use XTC907's numbers showing the very close 39-6-2 W/L record.  All I'm saying here is that no mature person should get all catty and girly-mad when someone provokes him (like what you did, Power-Nap) when the truth can easily be brought out to light by a simple fact check.  If the record is 39-6, then say it's 39-6, don't embellish it.  If it's really 45-5, then show it's 45-5.  If it's mostly ML bets that has brought the high success rate, explain so.  Simple as that.  Plenty of prepubescent kids here screaming because their idol's integrity has been questioned.  Mak reacted the same after you put the elongated nose emoticon; his first reaction was to call you "fucking dipshit," among other things.  Later on, he said you hurt his feelings.  Jeezus fucking Christ.  How mature is that?  I don't hate mak.  But to claim a 90% mark and get mad when someone questions it is just plain cowardly.
