The Clipper's will continue their insane basketball tour tonight when they will entertain whatever basketball fans (and players) are left in Memphis.
The traveling Clippers (4-8 SU) have played 7 games in the last 11 days. 4 of those games in the short stretch required suitcases and boarding passes. A few time changes were also endured by what must be a road weary team by now. Fortunately for LA, tonight will end the road trip and LA will head home after the game for a day off before facing the Nuggets at home.
Just getting home ha to be on that teas mind, especially considering their latest injury casualty Kareem Rush (who contributed 8 minutes a game) who was giving a well needed break to an already over used Baron Davis and Eric Gordon.
The Clipppers are simply in the blowout zone tonight. Memphis revels in playing home games against opponents that they actually have a chance of beating, as the Grizzlies are 6-0 ATS in their last 6 home games vs. a team with a losing road record. In fact, the Grizzlies lowly record hides the fact the team is actually 7-2 ATS in their last 9 home games. This spells bad news for an LA Clipper team that is 8-20 ATS in their last 28 games as a road underdog nd a horrid 6-20 ATS in their last 26 vs. NBA Southwest.
Last time these teams met in LA on Nov. 7, The Grizzlies dominated the game leading at the half and out rebounding the Clippers 45-35 on the game...the Grizzlies lost 113-110 (after a free throw-a-thon) but covered the line of 4.
Tonight will be the second game in two nights for the Clips after flying in late last night from New Orleans (a game that 4 quarters of energy was drained out of the starters). Add in now that the starters also lost 8 mins of playing time from Kareem Rush as well.
Tonight I look for an over used and over traveled Clippers team to begin their get away day early. They will be thinking more about getting home tonight then they will about a fired up Memphis team that loves to play against sub .500 teas at home.

I like the under here, can u see it being an ugly game?
Last games final included over 65 FT attempts and LAC shot 50% from the floor. I don't think LAC can match that shooting on tired legs. I am not playing the total though.
