LOL...Everyone has been feeling that for last week now....My suggestion just avoid this team till they actually win 1 or 2.

I thought the same thing when they played the Bulls the other night, after a disappointing loss to the Raptors.

Doesn't matter if LAL wins or loses tonight, but what's really bothering me is why some people would still take their chances on this craptastic team. It's the Clips who now represent LA, but the aura of glory from past championships still hangs over the head of Faker believers

It's not a terrible matchup for the lakers in all honesty. Memphis isn't a quick team that is gonna beat them up and down the floor, nor do they have a point guard that can totally abuse nash in the pick and roll. Memphis also has a very weak, if not nonexistent bench, so this is one of the few times this year that the lakers shouldn't get destroyed when the benches come in. Still it's very very hard to put money on this laker team the way they've been playing and with what little heart they've been showing. Alot of it's on d'antoni for not adjusting his "system" to his roster strengths, but just as much is on the players. Kobe looks like hes starting to wear down and judging by his recent shooting performances this looks to be the case.
