Lakers baby

If the Suns beat the Lakers you have to have the Suns gorilla as your avatar until start of the next NBA season, deal?

Yes sir. Not only will they have played some of the toughest teams but they are winning against teams playing well (Ok Utah didn't play good in game 4 but they did in game 3.) I don't buy that the Magic are as good as people think, the Bobbies and Hawks were some WEAK competition.

thinking of betting the Over in every game of this series... this series is all about the ability of the offense to present mismatches for the defense...
as much as Lakers have some advantages, they also could have problems with certain lineups from the Suns... Phoenix can basically force the Lakers not to play Odom, Gasol and Bynum at the same time, which effectively negates the dominance of their biggest lineup... consider:
Gasol and Bynum cannot guard Frye out at the 3 point line
Odom is the only guy who can really stand a chance defending Frye and Stoudemire, but he can't defend both at the same time...
Artest cannot guard Richardson
Fisher cannot guard either Phoenix point guard
not saying Phoenix has the advantage in the series, but they definitely have some angles they can use... gonna be up to Gentry to make the right moves...

nobody is knocking off the Magic this year...

All do respect, but have you even been following this team. Half of the team has changed. The only real holdovers from last years finals are Howard, Petrius, Gortat, JJ and Pudding. This time Jameer is healthy and they have added, J-Will, Brandon Bass, Ryan Howard, Matt Barnes, and replaced Turkeygoo with Carter. They have 3 new starters.

Yes, they did. And yes, he is playing better this year.
*edit Ryan Howard = Ryan Anderson

i was hoping for something like 207, Bounty... but i see BM listing it at 211.5...
i was thinking the same as you... damn books mind-fucking me! i was thinking 207 or 208 and bet it the first couple of games before it possibly goes up to 210 or 211... and then the real game would be later in the series, where you would normally think of jumping on the under, but the value would still be with the over...
but now they are starting it here early... gotta figure out what to do with game 1... might have to small play the over and if it goes under double up in game 2, then just steady overs after that...

even though i predicted the Lakers would not make the finals, because i thought Dallas or Denver would give them trouble... ... i would still be excited about an Orlando - Lakers rematch... last year's series was pretty intense, and i think it would be better than last year... so...

YO BUDDY! I been following your threads, and we have been mirror image on our plays, and your thought process was the same as mine! Your good Buddy! Congrats on our wins!
My thought on tonight? I took Cavs small, where I can change mind and covber that loss, if it is? I love the over, and I on that! I teased Cavs -3 and over 189, and parlayed cavs -7.5 and over, small, but 2.6X! I am just playing with a $100 free play Rizzo and Lou gave me last week! Got my big money out although it would be bigger going 3-0 last night! With that said! WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT MY CARD and moreso the side? Celtics +7.5 or Cavs -7.5? I feel that Lebron has to go off and do what Kobe did and was expected to last night! Or he aint King nothing! Gotta have a ring, and the he can be iat the Level of recent Multiple star players like MJ, and Wade, and KOBE! BOL and keep up the god work, and Your right, I see no one beating Kob, and Gasol down low, underlooked sometimes in my eyes!
