ok,i got a question kappy.youre going to give up 14 to new orleans tonight and go with the lakers?i would like to know why you feel the lakers will cover this spread,they couldnt cover this spread against new jersey...i think this will be closer than what people think....your thoughts?

I posted this earlier in the thread, here it is again...



You are looking way to into that Knicks game they let slip in the 2nd half...The fact of the matter is that the Lakers are in great form right now...They have no significant injuries other than Luke Walton...I don't think Peja will be playing tonight...He is listed as doubtful...These teams met on November 8 in Los Angeles...Both teams had 1 day rest like they do today...The Lakers were WITHOUT Gasol and Bynum and the Hornets were WITH Paul and Peja and the Lakers still won this game by 16, dominating most of the game up until the 4th quarter...The Lakers will be ready to go tonight and will, in my opinion, dominate another game...A team with Collison, Brown, and Posey will not be able to withstand the Lakers defensive pressure...Gasol and Bynum should eat up West and Okafor down low...On their 6 game win streak, the Lakers have surrendered less than 91 points per game...In those 6 games, they shut down high scoring teams such as the Warriors and Knicks...I think they shut this team down tonight and don't let them get to 90...

funny i seem to remember they won by 19 against new jersey.................

Kappy, you seemed very high on the Knicks.  I generally follow your picks and unit plays, but out of curiousity, why just 1 unit on the Knicks if you seem so high on the play?  This has nothing to do with the great start they're off to tonight, just a general question.

well,that was the longest second quarter ive ever seen in nba in that denver game...they made sure they wewnt over 118 and a half...good call on knicks game kappy.i had boston and the over also tonight but also needed toronto to hit a 4 teamer but had st money on all
