No Timmy Duncan, Hornets have played very well against the Spurs this year, Spurs coming off a mini road trip...fatigue probably isn't a factor, but without their inside leader I don't see them being as dominant on either side of the ball. Hornets have certainly shown a lot more drive since Gordon came back...and they should be able to keep this one within double digits.
Prediction: Spurs 94 Hornets 90

Going big on the Heat this evening. Rest is the reason. Raptors have been a little more competitive as of late, but the Heat haven't had a blowout win in a while...and here's the list of their home games against sub-500 teams....
Jan. 6th vs. Washington W 98-71 Jan. 2nd vs. Dallas W 119-109 Dec. 18th vs. Minnesota W 103-92 Dec. 15th vs. Washington W 102-72 Dec. 8th vs. New Orleans W 106-90 Nov. 24th vs. Cleveland W 110-108 Nov. 5th vs. Phoenix W 124-99
6 out of 7 were double digit wins...most of them were double digit spreads. They enjoy beating up the weaker teams, but somehow struggle against the good teams? Interesting stat coming from the defending champion, but I will ride with it.
Prediction: Heat 111 Raptors 94

Miami Heat -10 (2.2 to win 2)

Well 2-1 on the night is pretty good...Heat just did not show up in any possible way....how do you shoot 54%, outrebound the other team 53-29, get 38 free throws, and STILL have to go to OT?
