What's up friends? The day has finally arrived!! Some GREAT basketball on hand for the opening night, tough capping however due to the injuries of Nowitzki and Bryant. Still pumped for another season to be on us, and to finally be back on here daily for a great basketball betting year. Depending on my time available I may be doing the basketball daily trends once again, as they were able to help me out immensely, and I'm sure most of you all as well.
Either way, best of luck and let's get down to the business of winning!

With John Wall out for about a month or so, the Wizards lose 32 points of production (16 points, 8 assists). Their off-season additions of Okafor, Ariza, and Nene aren't really offensive powerhouses. Late in the season last year with Wall and not much else around him they were putting up about 80-90 points per game. The Cavaliers on the other hand are a primarily defensive based team, lacking a true scoring leader. Last season it was only Jamison and Irving who could put together more than 15 points per game...and if you look at their roster this year, only Alonzo Gee is a possible step up guy that can produce on the offensive end. Add in the "pressure" and the lack of cohesiveness that teams will surely show in the early games, and I just don't believe this one will get up that high. Prediction: Cavaliers 87 Wizards 80

GL this season man been following you last yr lets make this money! I'm feeling real good abouty this play Under L.A 186. Even if Bryant plays I still feel like the game will dip Under 186. Both team are still feeling each other out L.A & Dal did not look so impressive in the preseason games but it is PRESEASON...anyways BOL on this yr!

Depth. Depth. And more Depth. Finally that is what the Celtics bring to the table this year. In the past couple years, that has what has been their ultimate undoing. They had a great starting lineup and great leadership and great defense, but the bench just couldn't get the job done. Now this year Jeff Green is back, they reloaded with Courtney Lee, Jason Terry, Leandro Barbosa, and to a lesser extent Darko Milicic. The Heat just don't have as much depth this year, and these matchups are usually a close battle. The deciding factor to me was all the shit talking that Ray Allen has done about the Celtics in the past couple weeks. The Celtics take that quite personally, and will be looking to shut him up on the court. LeBron tweaked his ankle, might be taking it slow, and also add in the championship hangover. Prediction: Celtics 98 Heat 95

True that both teams didn't look that great in the preseason, and true that it is just the preseason.
For me this game is a NO PLAY because of the injury concerns. Even if Bryant plays, how much will he play? Nowitzki we know is out, so I'm interested in who takes the lead offensively for that team. In general, I will probably be staying away from Lakers game for a week or two until I get a solid grasp on what type of team they will be.
