I did get 12 out of the 16 playoff teams which is good...but I also over-estimated the East. 

Biggest f-ups were Detroit (-16) Denver (-14) Portland (+17) Phoenix (+25)

Yeah...I missed out on a profit this year...but the playoffs are still an opportunity!!
