Name one team with a current roster minus their SG and inserting Ginobili that would work. This guy is a loose cannon that happens to be successful.

Ginobili is the ultimate example of a player who found a perfect niche in which to function... God  smiled on this guy to land him in a place where he would not be totally useless...

no, because they do only one thing well, and it is not remotely an indication of a great team... they make shots when it matters... to me, that is luck... they are a team that has been ridiculously lucky to have 4 championships in the last 15 years... i mean RIDICULOUSLY lucky...

The spurs are the definition of good hard working players, great coaching, and a well run organization.

how is Najera given a flagrant 2 when Ginobili did the exact same thing on the other side? 

 

this is exactly why he is a despicable player... it is all phony ass acting bullshit... he does it all the time, and the refs let him...

if that is a flagrant 2, so is the foul that Ginobili committed against Dirk... total horseshit... guy is a bullshit basketball player if i ever saw one...

It all depends on the role that you give him. He is a great 6th man and provides a shitload of energy off the bench. He changes the pace and lifts the tempo of games which is a great asset. But he is a 6th man for a reason.

Turkoglu was a great 6th man for the Magic but he sucked as a starter with the Raptors.

Useless on another team, definitely not. Just how useful he would be depends on the role that he is asked to fill.

You are making a lot of sense unlike others. You all automatically draw conclusions and assume I'm upset with his lackluster performance. I'm on the Mavs for this game. The guy just fits in so perfectly with the Spurs system and he couldn't fit in anywhere else. After this 3-year extension is done you better believe he will retire.

another lucky fuckin basket by the Spurs... why luck smiles on this team only God knows... but i know this... when a team has prolonged success that they don't deserve (see NE Patriots), that success tends to disappear quickly and they are left with nastiness... so i'm looking for the prolonged stretch of nastiiness that is headed the way of the Spurs franchise, cuz i am sick of seeing this overrated fucking team win shit...

He could start for most teams and the main reason he's the 6th man is because Spurs want energy and offense off the bench, especially a couple years back.

 Here's a guy that can shoot, pass, drive and creat his own shots minus the ego.
