I can’t get over the irony of Curry flinging around the basketball like a hot potato with the game in the balance and then getting injured by diving for a loose ball like his life depended on it…
When the game was practically lost. How does that make sense?
Three loose passes/turnovers in the 4th that puts the game out of reach, then throw your body to the floor and risk your health and your team’s chances to win the series for a loose ball in game that has already been decided?! These athletes never cease to amaze me with their stupidity.

Steph is a try hard player on both ends, I give him credit for trying hard...but often commit stupid mistakes. It was on full display in game 3 with all the stupid fouls, and the stupid turnovers. Low basketball IQ player and often try to flop to draw foul, he literally will try to fall or kick his leg out on every single bad 3 point attempt to try to draw foul, Poole is doing exactly the same under his mentor. Dude is kissing the floor on every single 3 point attempt more than anyone i can remember, he will stand straight though if the 3 looked good.

THREE STRAIGHT TURNOVERS. 7 years ago a friend pointed out Curry's carelessness in passing at times. Curry lives in an alternate reality in which he sees he game seven steps ahead. But he doesn't take into account time and score; plus fatigue.

This is a totally stupid comment! Athletes are going to play hard and compete to the very last second if they have any heart at all. I will be glad when the NBA season is over so I don't have to read your asinine comments every day..

He's not hurt. He was acting hurt cuz that play was their last chance it was game over so it's like when a kicker acts hurt after a miss or a tennis player looks at his racket.
Celtics defense is too good and Tatum is stepping up and will be finals MVP

guess what, no one is forcing you to click on his threads. To stop having to read them, the first and most important step is to not click on the thread. problem solved . There are posters on here I don't care for, guess what I don't click on their threads.

But I agree with you. Curry for all of his greatness and all world talent, makes some of the most puzzling decisions on the court during the worst possible time.
If you check Curry’s carfax playoff report, you’ll be hard pressed to find too many big 4th quarter moments. He doesn’t perform well when the game is close late in the game.
Game 4 to me is Boston or no play. I’m getting 1991 NBA Finals vibes , over and over and over again..

The line indicates he’s not hurt. 3.5 - 4

Just think how good and mentally tough the Warriors have been to get this far. They have no idea who their best 5 is from night to night (in other words, no continuity with the starters or the bench) and their best defensive lineup is their worst offensive lineup and their best offensive lineup is their worst defensive lineup. They also have no true center or rim protector. The Celtics have none of these issues. I’m not as pessimistic about the Warriors chances because even if they don’t win tomorrow they can win game 5 and then all the pressure will be on the Celtics in game 6.

Like “his life depended on it” is a metaphoric expression, genius; not to be taken literally.

He's the best 3-pt shooter not the best passer. He's still an all-time top 20 great player. Boston defense was the best defense in the playoffs, at almost all levels, but especially against smaller lineups like GSW.

If this guy isnt trolling, he is the stupid one for buying into this scripted garbage... It is no different than wrestlers throwing their body around just for the sake to entertain the fans but end up getting injured in the process of doing it... Curry's "injury" changes nothing since everything has already been predetermined months ago... Curry's "injury" is just a angle for betting..

@lordbettington But it's like a train wreck, you have to look and cant turn away...
So I assume you are saying what Curry did was smart?! The fucking guy missed 2-3 weeks and might have been out for the entire playoffs diving for a loose ball against the Celtics in the regular season. Did he not learn his lesson? You think the coaching staff applauded him for doing that and said that a boy! If you do, you are an absolute moron. He is simply too valuable to the team to be throwing his body on the floor like that, even in the finals. That’s what the other losers on the team are paid to do. The only exception to that rule is if the game is hanging in the balance and one possession can change the outcome of the game. But that wasn’t the case. They were down by 11-12 with 4 to play and they were getting their asses handed to them in the 4th.

Is Cam Newton not an athlete?! If he can keep himself from diving on a fumble in the SB because he might get hurt, surely Curry can do that in a game that is all but lost.

It has nothing to do with being an athlete, it has to do with being smart, knowing the situation and using your fucking mind.

You bump this thread because you took offense at someone criticizing a player for what they did or didn’t do in a basketball game? Do you have a brain? Are you a human being? Do you understand basic concepts? Such as, two things can be true at once. Someone can be careless with the ball and still be a great player. Just as, you can criticize someone for their mistakes and praise them for their successes? Hello, is anyone in there?
