If you don't know who Jordan Wicks is, you can look at his 2025 stats with the Cubs from the bullpen. And you can find his AAA stats from this year. Then look at his last game vs the Pirates. 

If you still think that the Cubs will hit Liberator(they certainly could), then betting the over would make perfect sense.

My opinion only. Fwiw, my thoughts on the Cubs the last few weeks have been pretty damn solid. The only contribution I've had to the forum.
