I rarely post replies to threads like this. Don't confuse my message. I meant to say when a capper is hot for a certain time and then one week or weeks he/she hits a losing streak, they will know the true measure of cappers here. I joined Covers in Sept 2001 or so my signature says, but that was when I decided to create a username. I was using Covers well before that.
There is one universal thing that these forums have:
At Covers forums, you need to hit between 53-55% of winners consistently to go unnoticed. If you break 60%, you're already in trouble. Anything over 65%, and welcome to hell.
The more you win, the more views you will get, the more replies. THE MORE JEALOUSY.
You have a losing day and you will get flooded with all these people telling you suck, you stink, how could you have played that team/total, etc, etc.
I can go as far that when you make your play and post it in the forums, all these people want the play to lose. They watch the game closely and celebrate when the play loses. They don't have any money involved in the game, but still make that game their number #1 priority for the night. The play loses: It makes their night. They are more happy than ever.

Whats up with all the haters?? The whole point of this is to help each other and beat the books. What good do you get out of bashing someone? LC is a good dude giving you his insight. Yes he has been on a cold streak lately but everyone goes on a cold streak at somepoint. I've seen some really dumb responses on here. (the no Jimmer one is the dumbest) This place is for advice and converse so we can win. No one should be tailing anybody. Man up and make your own pick. If a stranger walked up to you on the street and said, "take Portland" would you listen to the guy? I think not. Same thing on here. LC is giving you his take on the game. Does that mean tail him? No, it means, "Ok, this guy is looking at this game this certain way." Everybody has their own take on things, situational, streaks, stats, etc. Sometimes they are correct sometimes they are not. That by no means gives you a reason to hate or bash someone. What is the point of coming on here if you do? If you haters are so sure of yourselves then you have no reason to come to covers. We dont need to know how wrong someone is. We need to know why he was wrong and why the other team won. Help him out. Give some info. Negative posts are a waste of time and doesnt help anyone. Even the person writing the negative post. Advice, Converse, learn and win!
