5-2 Wednesday that pushes us back to 12-12. Anyway, pretty good games coming up. Think the Heat were looking forward to this game so they lost it to the Jazz? Nah. The Jazz pretty much just balled against anyone and everyone. Check out their performance last night against the Magic.
First up of the TNT double header is the rematch of the opener. Heat giving up 6.5 points to the visiting Celtics team. I think everyone else will be on this one as well. It will be interesting to see how the line will move. The play here is Boston Celtics +6.5. My guess is that the Heat is easily dismantled by good point guard running a proven/working system. Rondo is a beat and definitely will lead the Celtics to another victory here. Deron did it, Paul did and Rondo will definitely do it again. Celtics also do not have any problem covering the super friends. They rarely doubled up on them during the play offs and never did in the opener. I'm pretty sure this will drag down to the wire like the season opener and so the total is hardly readable. The only reason why a decision on the play can easily be done is that 6.5 is too much. It would be tough if it were at pick or anything less than 4. Boston gets the cover here if not win SU (but taking it on the safer side so going with the points). I think for the Heat to win, they need to get 30 a piece from LeBron and Wade.
As for the second of the double header I'm going with the Lakeshow -3.0. Lakers gets their 9th straight. Reason? They're peaking early (or if not then they're really really scary this season). The only matchup that can cause them problem and perhaps the streak is either any of these (they do get the bad teams early in their schedule):
@ Utah (11/26) and perhaps in any of the 7 game eastern road trip from 12/08 to 12/19.
