+12.5 ros is still a safe bet. But now it's 14.5 in other betting sites and msw. 14.5 is too high. I put my money on ros -3.5, 5.5, 8.5 and 12.5

If RoS -14.5 or higher, take Meralco.

I still thinking if I should bet on Meralco if the line at 14.5 or more.
