Miami don't need to push the pace, but they will need to change their defensive effort 100%. If they play defense like 1st half they can push the pace to the max and will not win.
I noticed this oen too. In their past few games where they trail at the half, they always seem to step up their D and exert more of their energy in defense rather than trying to run out the competition.

Miami DOES need to push the pace to win. I'm a very high level High School basketball coach as well as somebody who makes this board a TON of money each year. Never tell me that I'm wrong on basketball strategy again kid.

Lol this thread is funny, any of you guys notice the different style of offense Celtics been running recently? Last time they played the heat they did the same thing, they went for quicker shots before the Heat's D could get set, lots of quick jumpers from Garnett or transition 3 pointers, basically it looked like they were told if you are open shoot it because you arn't going to get a better shot agains the Heat defense if you wait. They scored over 100 on the Heat last time and did it again.
