Spurs in 6.
Spurs and Hornets both > Lakers

Lakers don't play great defense or have a dominant big man.  Champs from the past 5 years or so had either one or both.  If they had Bynum it would be different.  Hornets would've been an even better matchup, they would finish Lakers in 5.

Everybody in here is a Lakers fan obviously. I am a Rockets fan and I admit, I was riding them all year on threads. If any team has a chance right now at beating the Lakers, it's the Spurs. Spurs will re-group from the last series because they know they didnt play great offensively. There defense will only carry over. I do also believe Gasol will get exposed in this series by a better PF named Duncan. This will be the series that the Lakers find out what they lack the most. Defense. Sure the Lakers play good defense but not good enough to consistently over-rule the Spurs defense and it will be very hard for them to beat them 4 times. I see this going 6 or 7 games at least with the Spurs winning.

My buddy lives in San Antonio and the company he works for gets company seats to all the games. Perfect setup right in the middle of a 3-day weekend!

Are you kidding?  if hornets win, you'll give another argument about how lakers should fear & how we'll see who the real MVP is - Kobe vs CP3.  However, on wednesday,  at least we know,  only the Real MVP gets to play....YEAH!

I couln't have scripted a better end to the NBA season with Spurs/Lakers and Pistons/Celtics.  I'm extremely excited to watch both of these series.
 
Spurs in 7
 
Pistons in 6
 
Pistons will be champs in 7

Kobe prob will not have a MVP type of game in this series. His # will go down a bit when they put Bowens on him. With matchup wise, I acutally like the Spurs here more. Lakers would had took out the Hornets with ease.
