Achilles1629 2017 NBA Playoffs Picks

One would think that in order for the Spurs to keep this thing close, they have to control the clock and get the ball down low. Well....that hasn't worked so far. All chips are pushed into the middle here with this being an elimination game and I just feel that the Spurs come out running and gunning. Mills, Green and Simmons will be shooting some 3s tonite in my opinion and I think we see some fall. Everybody thinks Aldridge is the guy. I get it. He has to play better but golden state knows that. As for the dubs, they will do what they want tonite so if sloppy that will lead to points for the Spurs and if on fire they will score their 120 again. This is a high total but I'm going against the grain here considering you'd think we see the defense rather than the offense in a game like this. Klay, Curry and Durant have yet to all go off and we have yet to see Green and Mills ball out. I think this is the game. Let's see if we can continue to keep that "W" train rolling in the right direction!

Nothing surprises me about the Cavs especially when lebron is the captain of that squad. He flips the switch more than anyone I've seen in NBA history. He is not only the best player in the NBA, he takes on a ton of responsibility, more than most will ever know about. I will leave it at that...So the Cavs gave one away. Ok. Could they give another one away? Sure. Like I said lebron is on the team. Yet with this game tonite, in front of their home crowd getting embarrassed game 3 in maybe the biggest upset ever, I think we see a Cavs team that goes for the throat pretty quick. When I say go for the throat.....I mean playing defense the way they did in the first two games. They cluttered the passing lanes, they controlled the glass and they assisted the ball. These are all things necessary if a team wants to win a championship. These are all things that START on the defensive side of the ball. Upon this, I can bet you these things were the points of emphasis. Like I said....this is about the Cavs and at home, in the first 24 minutes I see a focused team taking every chance they can, every possession to embarrass and pound the Celtics. 24 minutes.....time to make a statement at home Cavs. Let's see if we can continue to keep this "W" train a rollin here.
