Tonite Raps -4.5, Sam Mitchell was completely p-d off after last night benchin his starters. This guy didn't talk to Andrea Bargnani for 3 weeks already this year. You better come to play. I know my Raps too, and Chris Bosh looked burnt out yesterday after playing over 50 minutes in that Portland game. With Bibby, Artest, and Martin back, this is a dangerous team.
I'm sure the Raps will win, but the pts are too generous right now given the situation to lay them. Love the Portland pick though, can't lay that many pts with the Celts right now, I think they played over their head the first part of the season with all the hype of the new additions, their coming back down to earth, and the books are getting back all that money they lost on the Celts early on.

gmoney celtics are a public team, there lines are inflated, it will take several games for those lines to adjust. They are not worthy of 8 points against a very competitive Portland team.

I just wouldn't give 8 points to the Raptors, they are fully capable of hanging with any1 in this league except prolly Phoenix, who are just a better version of Toronto. Even though Toronto should have beaten Steve Nash in Toronto last year, that was when the Raptors were white-hot. Detriot has given the Raptors fits for a long time now. Why? Just as Sam Mitchell even said (sometimes he has great comments), you cant be afraid of the other team, respect them but dont fear them. Sam even admitted that Detiot has advantages in personnel, but you cant play with fear. Chris Bosh played afraid. How many times did he go to the line? How many times did they give him the ball in positions in which he could score?
Tonite you will see him get to positions where he is deadly. This guy is a horse ive seen him play 50 minutes 1 night come back the next on the road score 30 points in 45 minutes. He is playing like great right now (he is hitting his jumper, something he couldn't do early in the year but something he did all last year), his 2 worse performances in like last 10 games are both against Detroit.
Once TJ comes back and Calderon goes back to the 2nd unit, that 2nd unit will start playing with more consistency, which could see the Raps go on a run. GL with your Sactown bet, but you are playing a team that matchs up well against you in Toronto. If Bargnani does anything, the Raptors are so much better.
Maybe you are overplaying Sactown cuz of Dallas. Dallas barely got out of LA with a win over the clips.

I can not take Raptor games over, they are methodical in their offense. If it wasn't for a blow out yesterday in the 4th, the total would have been lower. That and a 2nd quarter that saw no defense played pushed it over.
This is 200 points, Sac can push all they want, but the Raptors generally pull 3 guys back and let Bosh rebound all byhimself on offense. Sam will not let them give up open layups, expect fast timeouts if that happens.
