The best you could do is separately tag 2-3 dogs a day, then take the points separately, THEN do your dog parlay and money manage all this percentage wise appropriately.

I intend to play this system for a week to see how it fares. Going to take Mikedbd's advice and only play for small stakes. I hope quite a few covers members take up this system and post their results on here over the coming week(s) then we will really see if there is any validity to it. If i can hit more than 2 in 2 weeks then i will consider it a success, but wont be betting the ranch on it. Too risky for a small time punter like me. Good luck again everybody.

I don't think anyone in their right mind would consider this a get rich quick system, i don't think one exists otherwise we would all be minted. I am looking at this as a speculative 'punt' , i am only going to bet small stakes and for a maximum of 2 weeks (about £70 or $120) . If i can make a profit then great, if not i havent lost a lot and had a fun time trying, i'll then go back to to my plain old spread parlays. Its an experiment nothing more nothing less.

Exactly finesfan, Its not about giving some expert capping on matchups, it's testing out probable statistics along with a little luck we can kick Vegas in the balls

Listen, obviously there's a chance u can go 0for 16 but then there's also a chance to go 16 for 16, the point I'm trying to make here is that u only need to go 1 for 16 to break even roughly, 2 for n ur makin bank 3 for n ur bankin 4 for n u have kicked Vegas in the balls n u need to get a new wallet cuz the leather is ripping

Another thing, lastly, u don't have to do this everyday or 16 times, alls u have to do is know in ur head that everytime u take this particular parlay is that u only have to hit once to make back what u spent on it for 16 bets, so it doesn't have to be necessarily done for 16 times, just know the payout odds when u place a parlay like this

heres the bottom line ..no matter what your system is...dogs favs..parleys round robins...etc etc....your going to lose 3 out of 4 weeks in a month...thats going to be the average....so play light and hope the winning week is big

About the only option I don't do for the NBA, sans the half and quarters, is the under. I just can't spot em. Ironically, the only play I'm doing today is the Hawks/Heat over.
What I generally do is take fave's covering and over on totals. That's about half my money. (There are enough games through a 7 day week to choose from.)
The other half is a combination of 2 team moneyline parlays. Two, maybe 3 times a week, I'll "base" one team with 2 others that day. For instance.
Team A = $1.45 X
Team B @ $1.60 = $2.32 Team C @ $1.55 = $2.25
Where I really do well, is taking one or two NBA moneylines a day starting from about Wednesday, and tack those on to about two chosen NCAA Saturday football games.
That way, I can generally tack on 2-5 NBA winners throughout the week with 1 or 2 NCAA games around the $1.50 mark, give or take.
That part of my season doesn't last too long, of course. And I don't use the NFL this way, as that's a different story altogether.

first off let me say i wished i had all the money back i lost....and i wished i never got into betting...i have stopped many times over those 30 years but always came back...my biggest wins are in baseball betting underdogs ....i hit a 7 teamer all underdogs in baseball back in 93..paid 12 grand that was my biggest hit of my life....all i can say is bet light ..dont go over your limit...even if your big game is coming up and your already down big for the week...also when you hit big...go light the next week..95 percent ofthe time you will give it right back....betting wise...i started betting straight bets..had no idea what was a parley round robin etc when i first started...i got addicted to parley round robins when i learned you can turn 2 ,3 games parleys them into much bigger payoff...why hit 3 games for just 100 each when you can turn that into 3 gs...probably my downfall but i had some great weeks...so at this point i bet light if i get up nice i go heavier..but my limit now is 500 a week...

Well not a great night as all 6 favourites covered (rare?) however I'm not giving up after one night, got to give it a chance, this is a long haul after all. Not all doom and gloom as the parlay I posted came in.

Going with bobcats and rockets (which at +6.5 is outside the safe zone of 5) at just over 7/1, i decided against the pistons as i have another spread parlay tonight on PHI(-6) /MIA(-7) /POR(-3) and didnt want to bet against the 76ers and ruin my parlay. Only playing £5 ($8) as a little experiment, i know you have got to look long term but will be interesting to see how close i get. Good luck fella (Jason) and Sinatra, plus anyone who is following this. If i come close i may give this dog play a few more goes. BOL
