Best band of all time in my opinion. I hate Radiohead though. Every song feels like its building up to something, then nothing happens. Ive seen Tool 7 times. Cincy on Aug. 7th will be my 8th appearance. Probably end up seeing more than one show from this tour as well. Just saw NIN the other day making that 7 times for them as well. Great avatar btw.

A friend of mine turned me onto them years ago. I can appreciate the music, but I can't say that I'm a big fan.
One thing though, my friends and I have always thought it was kind of funny seeing guys wearing T-shirts around with the word "TOOL" on it in huge lettering.

In order to truly appreciate artists like Tool and Radiohead, repeated listenings are an absolute must. That way you begin to peel back the layers, and delve deeper into the sheer artistry of their craft. This isn't cookie cutter radio where a song catches you for a moment, then rapidly fades away: "Schism", just like "Paranoid Android", reveals something new to me EVERY single time!
