Temple of the Dog to tour for 1st time ever....

.....in Nov. this year..........only 5 cities so far. This is gonna be stellar........these guys never toured back in the day. Tix go on sale soon, in fact the early pre-sale tix are already gone.

I'm guessing most of you have never heard of Temple of the Dog......they're nothing short of a super group.

Pub tix go on sale next Friday.

Seriously.......  I can't believe people here aren't going off about this.....people, this is inside shiit here.,,,,stuff you'll tell your grandkids about.

Ha, I would like to see this show.  I got a taste of the Sonic Evolution...Mike McCready, Chris Cornell & Duff McKagan at Benaroya Hall last year. but Eddie would make all the difference bringing this one together.

Mugg, you are absolutely right... This should have received waay more attention.  The best parts of Pearl Jam & Soundgarden... Are you kidding me ?

Temple of Dog is a masterpiece that is underrated by many alternative folks..

Both Seattle shows sold out in minutes....

But I've a buddy with an inside line on some tix that aren't 5x face value.

 Damn......tough ticket.

I'm going hungry

"Hunger Strike" was the last song recorded for the album; Chris Cornell wrote it because they had only nine tracks and he has a compulsive distaste for odd numbers. Describing the song in the Pearl Jam Twenty collection, he said, "I was wanting to express the gratitude for my life but also disdain for people where that's not enough, where they want more. There's no way to really have a whole lot more than you need usually without taking from somebody else that can't really afford to give it to you. It's sort of about taking advantage of a person or people who really don't have anything."

Today's news is why I try to see every show I can.........

 RIP Chris

Saw soundgarden a few times live.  They were great.  RIP Chris.  The agony and pain you were feeling is finally over.

^The agony and pain you were feeling is finally over.

This might be one of the more despicable posts I have read on covers in quite some time.  Really?  Since when is taking the easy way out the right way to go to ease one's pain.   Pathetic.............
