Tears For Fears

Some idiots might say it's a box band from the 80s. Not so...

Check out the songs......

"The Working Hour" (amazing)

"Mother's Talk"

"Sowing the Seeds"

"Break it Down Again"

and of course...

"Everybody Wants to Rule The World"

screw "Shout" and crap like "Head Over Heels" although I like "Head Over Heels"......

If anyone hasn't heard any of the ones up top, I urge you to give them a try......

"Sowing the Seeds"

.....all I'm really saying is that the songs I mentioned, and most of their others were incredibly well organized.......

Pale Shelter

The Working Hour

"Mad World"

Great Post    These two guys have amazing talent and who ever produced TTF did fantastic stuff.  Like you, really enjoy their less played stuff.  The whole seeds of love CD is great !!!

Year of the Knife...Badman's Song

Change..

Like this band too!

I have a few of there songs in my 80's folder

I gotta say, The Working Hour might be my fav.

But all the ones I like, I like a lot and about the same. Not many bands I can think of other than Yes and Zeppelin could I do that with.

I typed that with little thought. I sure I could do that with more, but those two and Tears are the first ones that comes to mind.

Aww shit......

Good idea for a music thread jumped on me....

love Tears for Fears - Pale Shelter was a great track

I let my pod go wild, well, almost 5am , why not?

"Swords and Knives" by Tears For Fears..........don't know how this one got by me. It's awesome.......

Sits on my list of favourite bands and arits in rock music

love em

and head over heels just puts you in a goody toosho mood

"something got me head over heels"

you can get yourself out of almost any sticky situation with that one

That song has gotten you out of a girl being pissed off at you?

Yeah man gotta like TFF..
Always turn it up a notch when I hear them on the ol' radio
