RIP Dave Mason

Question

Saw him a couple times (the 1st at the Armadillo in Austin in &#x27;78) &amp; he always put on a great show giving everything he had. Made excellent contributions to the 1st 2 Traffic albums which were cool &amp; liked a lot of his simple yet strong tunes in his solo career. Never flashy or overdone, but always melodic with a free flowin groove.

Dang, just knowing this.  Used to own "Split Coconuts" and another that I can&#x27;t recall. Agree with your assessment.

&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;Yeah, remember having the "Let It Flow" 8 track tape that had his hit "We Just Disagree" on it. Had bought a used &#x27;73 Toyota Celica that had a 8 track player &amp; had a bunch of those tapes back then. Many moons ago!
